Jen Ammons specializes in Office Management, Search Engine Optimization, and Website Design. She created The Virtual Admin in 2015 and understands what it takes to make an office operational. She is driven to provide quality, affordable, and professional services to business owners and other professionals. Jen has over 15 years experience in an office environment from a secretarial to management perspective. She has extensive knowledge of Microsoft Officeapplications, troubleshooting computer problems, database management andSEO techniques. She holds an A.S. Degree in Accounting from the University of Phoenix.

Some of the projects/highlights that were most enjoyable to Jen were:

  • Implemented and executed an online portal system using Sharefile for clients to exchange and store information
  • Researched, planned, analyzed cost, and program compatibility for migration of Server 2003 to Terminal Server 2008 Operating      System and Back-up Server from Zenith to Acronis
  •  Search Engine Optimization after company name change
  •  Internet Research for local business start-ups and corresponding mail merge to advertise tax and accounting services for CPA firm.

Wendel Topper

Wendel Topper specializes in Logo, Business Card, and Website Design, Audio and Video Production, and YouTube Channel Optimization. He is known for his creativity, unique critical thinking skills, problem-solving abilities, and his hunger and passion for learning. Wendel holds an A.A. Degree from PHSC and is a Veteran of the United States Army.
